2018 Buffet

There will be a buffet at DFDF again this year (on all three evenings)

Price: € 17 per person/evening

 If you want to book the buffet you need to do the following:

Email concom[at]dfdf.rocks by April 20th with the following information:

  • Who you are booking the buffet for
  • What nights you are booking the buffet for
  • Whether you are staying in the hotel (and if so, whose name the room is in)

We will confirm receipt of your email.

  • Waldorf salad served in a glass

Salad:

  • A rich selection of fresh salads from the garden,
    various dressings,
    various breads and butter

Hauptgänge:

  • Chicken breast
    tomato – leek – vegetables,
    potatoes tossed in butter

    on a dijon- mustard – Sauce,
    with spinach
    and tagliatelle noodles

Dessert:

  • bavarian creme with marinated fruit
